Some of the most valuable treasures I own are memories of climbing stuff with my dad on our vacations. No thief or loss can ever take something like that away from you.

Mega-congratulations to both of you on your accomplishment!

I need to remember to take off my bite valve next time, so Aaron will have to carry my water.

Yeah, but then you'd have to share his bite valve..... worth it?

I really enjoyed reading this report. It was almost as if you were walking us through the climb and, while I would never attempt to do this is real life, it seemed doable from your description.

Sara is a real trooper. Throughout the entire hike/climb she had a smile on her face. Has she written about this yet at school when asked to write about "What you did on your summer vacation"?

Congratulations to both of you!

Awesome report and great job!

The next time I do Longs I'm definitely taking someone else with me to experience the adventure. It's so cool that you took your daughter with you. She's a trooper!
