I'm hoping to incorporate our trail patches into a Rocky Mountain quilt or wall hanging.

Colorado Boy Scout shoulder council patches are another thing that our oldest son is collecting. The Longs Peak Council has some very pretty patches.

Michiganhiker - I remember seeing them at Great Smoky Mtn. NP also, but we didn't get any. I don't remember if I saw any at Acadia NP, their visitor center was jammed when we were there and we quickly left. I don't remember seeing any at Mammoth Cave NP, but I wasn't really looking.

Anne- I found them for GSMNP online last night. Saw only a dozen or so, not as many as RMNP. I seem to remember Abrams Falls, Laurel Falls, Chimneys, Mt. LeConte, Edwards Bald, Andrews Bald, Clingman's Dome and a few others.

Well, I ended up ordering some for my kids. Got about a dozen RMNP patches. They each have daypacks for hiking so mom will probably sew them on the packs. Now when we go back to RMNP we'll have to pick trails where they can get some more patches.

I just bought a NEW Camelbak Peak Bagger for our son’s birthday. His trail tags will look good on that.

Yeah, I'm pretty obsessive about them. I have a frame with a RMNP patch in the center and trail tags all around it. To me, they represent the experience and they're kinda fun.

I've never been able to find a Mt. Ida patch. Has anyone else?
