Due to scheduling problems with one of the backcountry rangers......and a major failure on my pc, there hasn't been any shows put out for a few weeks. The next show will be released Monday morning, June 4th. Thanks to Larry Treadwell (simply known as Larry on the forums) we put together two shows about backcountry camping. As I said the first show, 'backcountry planning', will be released this Monday, and the follow up show, 'backcountry gear', will be released two weeks later. I'll do my best to stick with the two week release schedule. I apologize for not sticking to it so well so far but life and scheduling problems make it impossible sometimes.

And as a side note to Larry......he's been the easiest in terms of post production. Yowza, I got this whole podcast edited (main interview and two segments) in about 5-6 hours. It's usually been running me about 10-12 hours per show. Also, Larry......you have tons of knowledge laid out in these shows. It was fun to listen to them again during the editing. It'll be one of those that you learn something each time you listen to it. Thanks again Larry!

Aaron, when you can do these it is great, but when life gets in the way just relax. You have a full-time job, you're a full-time father, you oversee this forum, you have several other major responsibilities, etc, etc. Do the podcast and other great projects when time allows but don't feel that we have any expectations on you. The only one with expectations is you. The great thing about these podcasts is that they are a growing resource which can be listened to now or 5 years from now. Whether they are done once every two weeks or once a quarter, they will be just as much of a great addition to the wonderful RMNP content you've developed. Now take those extra weights off your shoulders and know that we here on this forum already feel that you have gone far and above the call of duty. Relax and enjoy this weekend. Go play a prank on Randy or something.

Will do. I'll have to consult with JB for the best prank(s). I'm actually done with nerdwork for the weekend. I'm hoping for good weather tomorrow so I can take the boys out for a long bike ride.
