If any of y'all get a chance to swing by the pool there check at the clubhouse to see if my leopard spotted g-string speedo has surfaced yet. Those things fall off so easily after diving in.

Maybe the midgets are using it now (who would want a leopard print speedo to go to waste??!!)
That was a great trip report! I love the humorous way you write, and I'm looking forward to hearing more about Black Lake and beyond. That was one of my favorite places this summer (we just went to Blue cause of some threatening weather.)

Like I said to Aaron, I'm glad I was back in Pittsburgh before he broke out the speedo.

I'm sorry too....my voice is just now getting back down to normal. Maybe that's why nobody enjoyed my singing the other day

We are on rain delay here during harvest so I am finally catching up on posting.
Glad Cracker didn't decide to rouse some of the nukes out of their silos on hwy 14.
"I noticed Jo was there and headed over trying my best to not seem like a stalker. Unfortunately for me Jo's natural instincts kicked in, and kicked me. "
Obviously learned from watching Beckham and those Brit "footballers".
Glad you had one fantastic hiking day, sorry about Cheifs head I can relate both to missing out on your big hike and having work interupt your vacation.

Well, I really doubt that I would have made it up to Lion Lakes even. My knee was still a little sore on that tiny hike I took from the Hallowell park area. I felt bad that Glenn had to leave early.....he deserved much more time out there. I sure I can't even attempt to imagine the time and energy running a successful business takes. I'm glad that we tore it up on Saturday though!!

So is your knee still tweaked? The first time I really hiked in Rocky I stepped wrong coming down twin sis and strained it, and was limited the rest of the weekend even had to go to the doc when I got home. Turned out just a ligament strain / inflamation thing that went away no damage.

No, I must have slept weird or something because I noticed it when I got out of bed that morning. It was 90% good the next morning. And the next day was totally fine again. I must have been kung fu fighting in my sleep or something?!
