I wish I could make it too folks! But, I have a good excuse! 
I'm taking off tomorrow AM for 8 days out and about to shoot fall colors photos!! Can't wait! Have fun, and I'll drink a beer to you all Saturday night where ever I am!!

Thought I better step in and give a lame excuse 
for Aaron and Glenn not showing up. Apparently, they didn't finish their really long hike until 8pm. They were both BEAT and so they went back to their "home" for the night. They figured you all would be wrapping up by the time they got there. They had hiked up to Black Lake and way beyond by the sounds of it. I think their plans of hiking Chiefs Head tomorrow will have to wait for another trip. Sorry they missed out on all the fun!! If I were in RMNP, I would have been there!!

Well at least there's an excuse...of sorts. 
At least I had the chance to meet a few of my forum friends and get acquainted for awhile. I have a couple of pics to share, but the "high-speed" wireless here at my place of lodging doesn't quite live up to it's billing. It took far too long to upload this one from earlier today. (A good 15 minutes to upload to photobucket!)
It is Elk Fest weekend in Estes Park so I thought I should keep with the spirit of the season!
I'll post some more when I get home early next week.
