Awesome stay at the Rapids suite at the Rapids Lodge in Grand Lake.
The Rapids suites are pretty new and very nice. Our suite was basically a 1 bedroom apartment. It had a large living room, kitchen and bedroom. Lots of windows; a television in the living room and bedroom; fully equipped kitchen-microwave, stove, dishwasher, full size fridge, etc. The river runs right behind the main building and there's lots of places to sit.
The lodge is 1 block from the main street so you could walk everywhere.
We will definately stay there again when staying on the west side of RMNP.
