Range Property Management manages properties all over the Estes Park and Allenspark areas. We chose the Black Canyon property which is located at 810 MacGregor just behind the Twin Owls Restaurant and the Black Canyon Inn.
The property consists of 4 condo units in one building. Our unit was on the upper floor and had a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a main room with a large dining table, cable TV/VCR and fireplace. There was also a deck to sit on with a large BBQ grill for cookouts. It was definitely a good size place for the 4 adults and 1 newborn that we had along.
They provide each bathroom with a couple sets of towels for your entire stay so no need to pack along the extra weight.
It is conveniently located about 3/4th of a mile from downtown Estes, which made it very reasonable to walk to town.
It was very pleasing to wake up every morning and look out the window at the Twin Owls and the Lumpy Ridge. Wildlife was all over the place. We saw elk, raccoons, a fox, many different birds, and even a large sized black bear from the comfort of our deck.
