Okay, first off everyone must realize my bias towards this business which I think is THE best ice cream in Grand Lake or Estes Park.
Atmosphere--> 4 It has a nice little area to sit down inside with hand painted scenes and characters on the walls and lots of yummy chocolates, and chocolate covered fruits to look at while you're eating your ice cream. You can also sit outside on the boardwalk...very nice! Really good atmosphere for an ice cream/chocolate place!
Service-->5 I can't think of a time that I've been there when they were not gracious. I've always been served with a smile. And it's been obvious each time that they appreciate my business. The staff and management are great!
Food-->5 Wow! The quality is tops! The freshness is a priority as well as presentation! Just look around once inside and see for yourself. And I've never walked away from here disappointed with what I've eaten! They've got a good range of different items as far as ice cream and chocolates go.
Overall-->5 As I said I'm biased. But I don't think my rating will be contested much. Everyone I've talked to that's had ice cream here loves it just as much as I do! I don't think you could spend your money any wiser for ice cream. Talk about dollar value!
And with the high ratings from the previous categories this is a very solid perfect rating! This first 5 star rating on the forums! I think Marty and his crew definitely deserve it too!So if you're in Grand Lake check it out!
