I cannot go back home without a box of Texas Pecan taffy from the Taffy Shop.

Good call! I love that place too. I brought some Texas Pecan taffy back for my coworkers last year. I didn't have much time to cruise through Estes Park this year...I didn't make it to the Taffy Shop.

Ditto on the Taffy Shop and the Texas Pecan. My daughter likes the shop by the water wheel with the stained glass hangings in the window. Can't remember the name.

That would be Omnibus. Cool shop indeed. A classmate's mom owns it. We owned a western shop when I was growing up. Let's see how long all of you have been visiting Estes Park. Anyone remember Canada's Ajaxx Western? Maybe I sold you a hat long ago. cowboy.gif

Well, if they have been going loooonnnnng enough, maybe they even remember the Exxon station downtown. We were one of the first to sell out when EP had a vision to remove all of the service (yes, the days of full serve only) stations on Elkhorn Avenue. Hence the switch to the western shop.

More importantly, how do you pronounce it?
