The Twin Owls trailhead will be relocated southeast of the MacGregor ranch. This new trailhead placement will a 35 stall parkling lot and add three quarters of a mile to the Lumpy Ridge and Gem Lake trails. The relocation is expected to be completed the summer of 2007.
