Great day for a hike in the snow. A bit windy on the lakes but the weather was wonderful.

Its so hard to get the wildlife photos. I am not by nature a patient person. But this little bird just kept flitting around and chatting with us for about 10 minutes. A very friendly little fellow.
Rhonda- Love your hat. I finally got one for Christmas this year. Had to try it out in the wind across Dream Lake.

We seem to have settled into what we call Michigan gray so I long for RMNP and the those pretty skies.
