What is your opinion of plastic water bottles in RMNP?

i can count on 1 or 2 fingers the number of plastic bottles i have picked up on the trails of rmnp in the 40 some years of hiking, i dont think this is a problem that is that big.

I agree that it is not a huge problem on the trails. I usually pick up trash if I see it, but it has been fairly rare when I have been there.

I have not seen any water bottle trash in RMNP. I have seen a couple of cans below Alberta Falls.

I have seen more discarded clothing than anything else.
