Hey everyone! I had a little fun today climbing Mt. Chapin from the Alpine Visitor Center and decided to write up a trip report about it. If you're so inclined, you can read about it on my blog. Enjoy!

Totally enjoyable report! I came across your barefoot adventure up the trough route of Longs, and was glued to every word! Thanks for taking the time to share your adventures.

How awesome to be on TRR at this time of the year! You didn't, by any chance, find a black glove flying around on Chapin in the wind, did you? Lost one in the wind when we were there in September. What a great hike at this time of the year to get some solitude. Thanks for sharing. I love reading about your hikes.
