
My friend Jeff and I woke up to a cloudy morning with pleasant temps and headed to Lawn Lake Trailhead with Big Horn Mountain as our goal. At the point where the trail intersects with the trail that leads to Ypsilon Mountain we headed off-trail through the woods.

On the way up there are several rocky points which were fun to climb. Great views also. The second pic is Mt. Chapin, Rhonda's favorite.


Here is a look back at some of the rocks we climbed. That's Lake Estes on the left.

Here's a shot of the true summit. We headed there next.
