Hello All,
This forum solidified our decsion to head plan a few trips to RMNP. Headed to RMNP the 1st week of Sept 2011 for a quick recon of a few days camping and day hiles. Also in the planning stages for several 2012 trips. Backpacked for a living for about 20+ years (USMC Ret), Settling down to enjoy the recreational side of the outdoors with wife and family. Enjoy trout fishing, hiking, camping and training labrador retrievers.

Thanks for all the excellent information on the boards and look forward to possibly attending a STOMP someday..unless they are by invitation only

The information and links you have compiled have both my wife and I looking forward to seeing the park. We have never been to RMNP but did the Tetons and Yellowstone a few years ago.
