We hiked on the East Inlet trail today 5.5 miles to Lone Pine Lake. The amount of water flowing in the meadow was unbelievable. The entire meadow was underwater. All the streams were running full force. We didn't run into any snow, but the reports say the snow really starts just after Lone Pine Lake. Here are a few shots from today's hike.

Beautiful photos. Can't believe the water in the meadow. See any moose wading through it?

We saw one moose today, but it was quite a ways from the meadow. It was up on the mountainside, quite a bit higher up than I thought one would be. I took a picture but it was pretty blurry.

Beautiful pictures. I'm also amazed at the amount of water in the meadow. Holy Cow!
