I seem to remember two ladies working, they might have been sisters. She will not know of the Igloo Ed you speak but expect arms that have kneaded dough since birth and an overall look that lets you know you are going to get the best sweet possible from an old family recipe. She didn't say a family recipe but ya just know, don'cha know.
