"The Big Thompson River above Lake Estes is forecast to remain near bank-full through tonight. Big Thompson River flows are beginning to affect parking lots along the Big Thompson River in Estes Park."

On the east side where does all the snow melt eventually run into after it leaves Big Thompson and the other tributarties from the mountains? I don't think it will effect the Missouri river. I will get out my Colorado book map and follow the blue lines to see where everything drains into.

It looks like the water that comes down the Big Thompson goes into the South Platte River and then into the Missouri River.
That river is going to be up all summer.
