Apparently, I have glissaded several times in the past myself. Only not on purpose.
Nothing wrong with not on purpose, it's the unplanned sudden stop that'll get ya.
I told HPM of having an airfoil under me once.

Did I mention a trash bag at one point yesterday?? ( I was 22 and that excuses the stupidity) but it was pretty cool nonetheless... DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME LOL!

Looks like a great day. So cool you guys met up.

My youngest daughter's favorite thing she ever did on vacation was glissade with Ed. She still talks about it. What a blast we had.

Great report - but, wow, what a workout! The sliding looks like a lot of fun.

What a day you guys had!!!! It looks like quite a workout with some pretty good fun mixed in....and I'm pretty sure you were feelin' that "good pain" by the time you got home. Thanks for sharing a great report and pics (oh ya, and a really cool video too!). I liked lookin' back at that other thread too. I remember when I read it for the first time. I also remember the very first time you took me up Otis (just as far as Wham and Zowie).....I couldn't believe what an amazing adventure that was. Little did I know at that time all the other adventures you had in store for me. :)

I just realized the thread I referred to was mentioned in the shout box....not in this thread. So, here it is if anyone missed it.... (sure hope this works) :smile1:

It did warm up into surface corn and then it all started softening up and there was a crust that broke. I'd think skis would be better though.
