I don't know the name of the lake, but it's near where you begin to climb up to Lake of the Clouds I think. It's on the Big Dutch Creek.

That's my guess. It looks very familiar.

We saw that view accidentally. We got a little off trail on the way toward Lake of the Clouds and had to scramble a bit over the rocks. As soon as I saw your picture I knew right where it was.

Is there a way to get to the Lake of the Clouds WITHOUT scrambling over rocks????
Personally, I like the scramble down to follow the run off falls. There are some cool shots if you hang over some rocks to get them.
There is also a heck of a cascade just where you start the trail to the lake from the ditch road.
