Over 30,000 visitors in July to Rocky Mountain National Park compared to last year. RMNP is expected to reach its average of 3 million visitors for the year.

How do they get those numbers. Do they count the number of people in each car.
You pay by the car load.
What about annual passes. when I showed mine to the ranger he never swiped it or anything like that.
