I was aware of Allen's fear of heights, even going near the edge of the Glacier Knobs was difficult for him. I think that it is an incredible accomplishment that he did this.

Isn't that was this whole adventure was about, facing fears, pushing yourself? So many of you were able to do that. You are a really impressive group. Well Done!

It was definitely about facing fears and push through for me. I still can't believe I did it... and that it took so long to get done. I think next time I want to jog up and run down. That would make it seem much shorter anyway. :)

Allen, I didn't realize until just a day ago that you had exposure issues too! Big congrats on getting Longs under your belt! Do you think you'll be comfortable with exposure in the future? I'm curious to see how it'll go for us in the future.
