Not to worry all of you who have plans in the Rockies soon. It will blow in, break tree branches and wreak havoc on gardens and then, just as quickly, melt. 60 degrees in Estes on Sunday. Ed better break out the skis again!

20-30" predicted for The Park.

The heavy rain here in town at 5,000' just changed to heavy snow and 10-16" is predicted overnight.

I've seen much worse this time of year, but it's been a few years...

wondering if I should drive to Loveland tonight and spend the night at the hospital so I can be at work tomorrow?

18" overnight. No wind. Still gray overcast, with a little more snow predicted to fall through today. Best landscape photography will be tomorrow morning when the sky begins to clear. Calm winds through mid-day tomorrow. Mild temps.
