Jo - He was very relieved to get out of there :yup:

Granny - Great pictures. It was fun to go up there with you. Your enthusiasm is contagious.

I've got a few minutes of down time, so I guess I'll add a few more pics. Here's one of Ed and Helene in the "girl's igloo" (OK, guess the difference between igloos is that our igloo was supposed to have outlets for our blow dryers and curling irons....but the electrician never showed up!!! lol)

Posted Image

And here's me with JP

Posted Image

After hanging out at the igloos and visiting for a bit, it was time for Jim and JP to head back. We all went down to the lake before they took off to play a little and check out the cool ice. Here's Jim with Chaos Canyon behind him.

Posted Image

And since I'd never made a snow angel on Lake Haiyaha, I figured it was about time....

Posted Image

Oh ya, and then the guys got the great idea that Granny should get spun around on the lake...AGAIN! lol JP actually spun me around for a long time and Ed was supposed to be video recording the whole thing. Well, after JP was done, Ed said he forgot to push the button and we'd have to do it again! This is the video of the second spinning....poor JP was pretty wiped out by this time!!

Posted Image

After my spin, Helene decided to take a slide down an icy slope...

Posted Image

Guess that's about all the time I have right now. More to come later.

What cute couples!

Nice snow angel, but you seemed over-dressed.

lol Sandy!!! Any less on Granny wouldn't have been a pretty sight! Oh, to be young again...there was a time I might have shed a few layers. :wink2:

I'm back with my last set of pics for a while....here are a couple of the ice on Haiyaha...

Posted Image

Posted Image

Posted Image

I only got a few pics from when the Stompers arrived up at the igloos. Sandy, of course, had her camera so I knew that part of the Stomp would be covered....plus I had some packing still to get done. Here are a few that Jim took...
Here's Melissa & Frank and Janine & Brian

Posted Image

Ed offered some help to Sandy with her tripod. Oh, if only Jim could have gotten the grin on Ed's face just before this pic was taken....it was PRICELESS, and only those present know what I'm talking about!! lol

Posted Image

Sandy tried to set the timer on the camera and quickly make it down to the group for the pic....ooops, timer went off before she could make it....

Posted Image

After that try, Mark decided Sandy better just sit on a step and he ran up the hill and set the timer for the group pic Sandy posted. (after all, there'd be PLENTY of time for Sandy to land in the snow later!!! lol)

Posted Image

The only other pic I've got of the return trip is poor JP near the Bear Lake parking lot. He could hardly stand up after pulling my sled down from the igloo!!!! Well, at least that's what he's gonna TRY to have me believing FOREVER!!! lol Gotta love him!

Posted Image

Well, that's all I've got except for some pics from the GTG at Marvy's place. I probably won't get those up until Saturday night or Sunday (when I'll be back in CO). Tomorrow I'll be at Epcot all day and then Saturday I'll be headed for the airport.

I'm back from a day at Epcot and have some free time, so here are my pics from the GTG at Marvy's cabin. Thanks again, Marvy, for providing all of us with a great place to eat, visit and laugh! (oh boy, was there EVER a lot of laughing going on!!!)

When first arriving at Marvy's cabin, I felt like I was being watched. I was right!! lol

Posted Image

It wasn't very long before Jim and JP broke open a bottle of wine and enjoyed it's contents....

Posted Image

Posted Image

G'ma Downs and Lynda in the kitchen after slicing all the fresh bread...

Posted Image

Luke sure seemed to enjoy his candy-coated pretzel as well as spending time with his bud Mark...

I love this pic of Kristin, Katie and Jordan! What a great lookin' family! Lori and G'ma Downs are in the background.

There was SO much good food on the table. Here's a peek at Lori's pasta dish, Bill's delicious beans, and G'ma Downs' yummy, yummy pulled pork....
