You can rent small Taos campers at Marys Lake Campground (Estes) but they are only for use there at that camp ground. Probably not what you are looking for.
You could Google or Yahoo Loveland / Ft Collins / Longmont areas for rentals -- maybe. That would give you larger cities to check for rentals and would be close to Estes / RMNP area.
