I'm finally finding time to listen to these podcasts.
DCM, I'm really impressed by the level of detail and personal experience you're able to provide.
A little feedback I'm able to provide from years in the hotel business: I've had countless disabled guests complain about accessible rooms being placed nearest the elevators and on the lowest floors. We constantly got requests for converting high floor and end rooms to accessible.
It's neither here nor there; but just wanted to share that everybody seems to be different. It's a balancing game to keep everyone happy.
