Yes, what dates? I had just decided earlier this evening to return to complete flattop and hallet from the west side on the weekend of 6/18. Happy hiking.

Smudge - just curious . . . . is Ogalalla really a mountain or a word made up by you?? Kind of makes me think of the french word Ooh - la - la. Yes, that's it Mt. Ooh - la - la.

Anne, OgallalaOgallala is also the name of a city in Nebraska. It's an Indian name...
"Ogallala receives its name from the OGALA Sioux Indian tribe. The Sioux spelled the name "Oglala" pronounced it "Oklada,” which means "scatter" or "to scatter one's own.""

The nights of June 21 & 22. And I didn't get to make it up to Chasm Lake. I had a little accounting emergency pop up as I closed up that night and was up until about 2:00 getting it ironed out. So I slept in and went for a nice little run instead...I may go up this saturday (about 70% chance I'll be able to make it out) if you were interested.

Glenn, you and anyone else here, are always welcome to join me on a hike!
Bummer that I picked Father's Day. I have a habit of doing these things. I guess it will be ok since I also missed Mother's Day as I was in Key West this past weekend.
